Dr. Esra Kuş, mühendislik malzemelerinin korozyonu, alternatif enerji kaynaklarının geliştirilmesi, implant malzemelerin vücuttaki dayancı ve kaplamalarla ilgili birçok interdisipliner projede bilimsel araştırmacı ve danışman olarak çalıştı. EIS ve diğer elektrokimyasal test tekniklerini kullanarak arayüzey analizleri yaptı. Dünyanın önde gelen dergilerinde makaleleri yayınlandı, atıflar yapıldı.
